This includes my full understanding, agreement and
compliance with the Program Options Terms
of Reference (TOR) listed hereunder, as well as my
compliance in full with the Curriculum proposed.
The appended Acceptance Invitation Letter and its
supporting documents are drafted for confidential
use only, to be restricted to the concerned
Consulate, Embassy, immigration agencies, UCL and
SXC KTM.
All discussion, procedures, agreements or
disagreements will remain under the sole
jurisdiction
of the Belgium and/or Canada jurisdiction which
supervises Academic International Exchange and
Cultural
Visas thereupon.
The CAIRN Consortium Supervision partners TAKE NO
RESPONSIBILITY IN VISA GRANTING, per se!
The CAIRN Consortium (EU-NGO) is only responsible of
the legal relevance and compliance
with the prevailing Curriculum Development Study &
Cultural Visas rules and regulations, as well as
for the related agenda & programmation, The chosen
areas campus/guesthouse/hotels bookings,
logistics between activities and sites, and
initiatives listed in the annexed appended
documents.
Accordingly, the CAIRN Consortium is in position to
issue of the present MoU Contract under the Terms of
Reference for Study Visa or Cultural Visa submission
at the relevant services and related organizations.
The Cairn Consortium takes no responsibility in the
fact of the Consulate/Embassy/Immigration will
approve, comment or request further clarification or
further documentary evidences of the
Nepalese supporting documents presented by each
applicant. This remains solely and legally
the applicants and Embassys juridiction. Process
Fees are for real costs process, not for visas!
The Study Visas Legal Per Diem Guarantee is value:
1500 Euros, 100 Euros per day, 50H Euros/H / 1 M,
as minimum required under EU legal fees and study
visa regulations, to be effective before the
Issuance
of the present Invitation Letter. This GUARANTEE
is and will remain NON REFUNDABLE.
I,

proof of professional competence and
financial sustainability, all related to the Visa
Application to be examined by Consul in KTM.
